We want to see your beautiful faces as much as possible! We offer a range of Kelowna barre classes, day and night, 7 days a week.

BASE BARRE

Think basics but better. This class is a great starting point if you are looking for a low impact, toning, all levels workout. Get ready to work your entire body as we move through a series of micro muscle movements, core work and finish with a deep lengthening stretch out.

BARRE AAA

This class is most definitely a triple threat! Arms, Abs and yep, you guessed it, Ass! 45 minutes of booty, upper body and core work for some seriously targeted toning. This class incorporates more lengthening and strengthening compound exercises to maximize results in a little less time! AAA is suitable for all levels and optional modifications will be offered.

ELEVATE BARRE

Get ready to take it up a notch! Longer sequences of foundational barre movements with quicker transitions and added intensity. This class creates heat in the body and challenges every single muscle. Find your fire and feel that beat.

CARDIO BURN BARRE

Looking for a fun, energetic and challenging workout? This method of barre offers a high intensity, fast paced class, incorporating more cardio intervals to rev up the calorie burn. Burpees?...quite possibly. Sweat?....most definitely.

BARRE 45

Power lunch at it's finest. Same class, 45 minutes. In and out feeling like a new person. Your co-workers will thank us.

BARRE LIT

This class is gonna be LIT...literally! 40 minutes of the full body barre toning you know and love, followed by a 20 minute lengthening, soul lifting, candlelit stretch. This class is the perfect end to the day and will leave you feeling more relaxed and connected; mind, body & soul.

YOUR FIRST KELOWNA BARRE CLASS

We can't wait to meet you! Just a couple things...

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around the studio and get you set up.
  • Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated...we offer filtered water on tap or by bottle for purchase
  • Save yourself some time and fill out our waiver
  • Have a light snack...we want your energy to carry you through the class
  • We recommend mid to long fitted pants and grip socks (available in studio for purchase)
