Think basics but better. This class is a great starting point if you are looking for a low impact, toning, all levels workout. Get ready to work your entire body as we move through a series of micro muscle movements, core work and finish with a deep lengthening stretch out.


This class is most definitely a triple threat! Arms, Abs and yep, you guessed it, Ass! 45 minutes of booty, upper body and core work for some seriously targeted toning. This class incorporates more lengthening and strengthening compound exercises to maximize results in a little less time! AAA is suitable for all levels and optional modifications will be offered.


Get ready to take it up a notch! Longer sequences of foundational barre movements with quicker transitions and added intensity. This class creates heat in the body and challenges every single muscle. Find your fire and feel that beat.


The class that will create the most powerful body possible. Looking for the perfect mix of foundational barre movements, cardio bursts and plyometeic intervals to get your heart rate and metabolism fired up? This class is for you! Not a fan of cardio? We got you, we will make sure you get the most out of each class with non-cardio options. Get ready for some sweat and seriously targeted toning! This is an all levels class - modifications will be offered.


Power lunch at it's finest. Same class, 45 minutes. In and out feeling like a new person. Your co-workers will thank us.


This class is gonna be LIT...literally! 40 minutes of the full body barre toning you know and love, followed by a 20 minute lengthening, soul lifting, candlelit stretch. This class is the perfect end to the day and will leave you feeling more relaxed and connected; mind, body & soul.


This class is the perfect balance of full body foundational barre movements and seriously targeted abdominal work designed to create heat in the body and work every single muscle head to toe. Whether you are rebuilding weak abdominal muscles, looking to improve posture or working on that 6 pack, this class will zero in on the entire core using focused exercises and breath to strengthen and define your center. This is a low impact, all levels class.


This class is like no other! Our first and only strength training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) based class with a bit of barre inspiration! We will take you through a multi station barre, strength & cardio circuit with timed exercises designed to torch calories, burn fat and build lean muscle. In 35 minutes you will strengthen and tone from head to toe creating an "after burn" effect that can increase your metabolic rate for up to 24 hours post workout. This is an ALL LEVELS class for those looking for more variety in their routine and is a great addition to your regular barre regimen. *Indoor shoes recommended.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around the studio and get you set up.
  • Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated...we offer filtered water on tap or by bottle for purchase
  • Save yourself some time and fill out our waiver
  • Have a light snack...we want your energy to carry you through the class
  • We recommend mid to long fitted pants and grip socks (available in studio for purchase)
